Distinguished Young Scholars: distinguisheddomestic and foreign young scholars have published high cited academic paper inthe top-level publication of related field, with the potential to be selectedinto talent projects such as Thousands of People Plan, National Science Fundfor Distinguished Young Scholars, Thousand Youth Talents Plan and Tens ofThousands of People Plan, or personnel with academic title of associateprofessor in overseas famous colleges and universities and above or personnelequivalent to the level of researchers in overseas famous research institutes;age under 40, and 45 for the excellences .
3.Excellent Young Scholars: excellent domestic and foreign young scholars havepublished high cited academic paper in the top-level publication of relatedsecondary discipline,with the potential to be selected into talent projects such as ProvincialScience Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, Longjiang Scholars andProvincial Excellent Young and Middle-aged Experts; ageunder 35, and 40 forthe excellences.
4.Young Backbone: domestic and foreign young backbone have published highcited academic paper in the top-level publication of related secondarydiscipline, with the ability ofwinning National Science Foundation of China and Philosophy and Social ScienceFoundation of China and great development potential in academy and scientificresearch; age: under 35.
5.Excellent Young Teachers: doctors with strong ability of teaching andscientific research; age: under 35.
